Venue Accessibility: Wheelchair Accessible Entrance: The main entrance to the building features an access ramp designed for wheelchair users. Elevator Access: While our meeting will be held on the first floor, the building is equipped with an elevator to reach upper-floors. Uneven Walkways & Freight Tracks: Because this is an industrial corridor, visitors using assistive mobility devices or walking with caution should look out for uneven sidewalks and old freight rail tracks embedded in or near the street pavement along W. Carroll Avenue.

Food Allergies or Sensitivities: We will have vegetarian options available and will do our best to meet any other needs you have. Please let us know on the registration form HERE.

Sensory Accommodations: If you need sensory support such as a quiet space, reduced lighting, auditory levels we will work to create a space that works for you registration form HERE.

Children Attending: Let us know if you will be bringing your child or children, and their ages. We will work with you to provide light activities or potentially a designated childcare space. Let us know on the registration form HERE.
