Community Resources

Grounding in abundance and a deep belief in the vast depth of skills and offerings in our communities, we are committed to building and sharing a comprehensive set of both traditional and non-traditional services and organizations supporting immigrants and refugees. But, we only know what we know.

If you would like to share information about an organization or other services that we might be missing, please complete the form below, and we can add them to our community resources page. Thank you for helping us build the world we need!

The Caregiver Guide to Talking to Children about Immigration Enforcement

The IFMHA Program team that co-developed this resource:

  • Dana Rusch, Ph.D. (CIMH Advisory Committee Member & IFMHA Program Director)

  • Alondra Maltos Garcia (Undergraduate Applied Psychology Intern)

  • Laura Gonzalez (Undergraduate Applied Psychology Intern)

  • Priscilla Cortez, B.A. (Program Coordinator)

  • Kellyn Blaisdell, M.S. (Predoctoral Psychology Intern)

This resource guides parents/caregivers through how to talk with children about what is happening with immigration enforcement in our communities.
